Cocktail Garnishes

SW Garnish began with a simple frustration.

Fresh garnish wilts, browns, and gets tossed at the end of every shift. Dried garnish solved the waste problem — but the products on the market looked dull and tasted duller. So we started making our own. Every batch of SW Garnish citrus is hand-sorted for size and color, cleaned thoroughly, sliced to a consistent wheel, and dehydrated low and slow for over 20 hours. Nothing added, nothing rushed.


Why dried?

A dehydrated wheel keeps for months, costs pennies per drink compared to fresh-cut fruit that spoils in days, and delivers concentrated citrus aroma the moment it hits the glass.

We produce in small batches in Houston, Texas. Supplying bars, restaurants, coffee and tea shops, and event companies across the region.
